How I Enjoyed the Outdoors as a Kid

Playing outside is where I was all the time. I did more playing Outdoors than Homework. We played until the street lights came on and sometimes played a little later. Our favorites were always playing softball or Riding our Bikes around town. As a Combination of the list above we would have scavenger hunts on our bikes and find clues around town. We never had a boring time during Summer time. Spending the hot days at the pool or the Lake with our parents and doing some camping.

There I Learned a lot about the Outdoors. As a kid, I had my fair share of bruises. I have made so many memories with my Friends and Family. I would not trade all that for nothing. Family and Friends are not around forever but memories and pictures are priceless.

Drawing with your Toddlers about Outdoor Adventures is also a Great Learning Experience. Usually, Mom & Dad get a chance to learn with their kids. It is a Great Way to Bond at a young age and it is a great way to build trust. Relying on your parents is not a bad choice but some experiences shape us as we grow up. Watching cartoons or other Shows together is great for spending quality time together. At the end of the day reading a short story and putting in your twist as well starts their minds to wonder a bit. At some point, the Adventure seed is planted and then its time to nurture it with them and watch them grow into little Adventurers.

At the End of the Day:

This is the Day the Lord has made, Let us rejoice and be glad in it.

Psalm 118:24

Stay Safe Friends. God Bless!
